B7 summit: working for a more sustainable world
In the context of the German presidency of the G7, political and business leaders met in Berlin on 19-20 May to discuss how industrial innovation can help make the world more sustainable. BusinessEurope President Emma Marcegaglia led the EU delegation, meeting among others German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble, who received a copy of the B7 recommendations to G7 ‘Industrial innovation for a sustainable world’.
