Efficient governance of the European Union and a smooth functioning of the European institutional system are essential to ensure Europe’s attractiveness as a place to invest and create jobs.

The European  Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council, the rotating EU presidency of the different Council formations have to work closely together in order to deliver coherent EU policy decisions that promote competitiveness, growth and employment.
