Enhancing competitiveness through Electricity Market Design - a BusinessEurope webinar

On 14 March 2023, the European Commission published a legislative proposal to reform the EU electricity market rules. The reform of the electricity market comes at a crucial moment for EU companies that are still experiencing the adverse impacts of the energy crisis, notably on competitiveness. This year still, gas prices in Europe are expected to be more than 5 times higher than in the USA. How can the reform strengthen the competitiveness of European businesses and help industry on their decarbonisation paths? What kind of tools are needed to future-proof the EU electricity market? Let's discuss!
