Employers4Reforms: Sustaining pensions systems in line with employment and demographic trends

Europe's rapid ageing creates pressures for the financial sustainability of pension systems. Modernising national pension systems in necessary to ensure their financial sustainability as well as embrace longer working lives and more diversifies careers. BusinessEurope is organising a webinar within the framework of the European Retirement Week, to discuss challenges linked to reforming national pension systems and successful approaches to modernising these systems. Our objective is to facilitate mutual exchange and learning to support the process of modernisation of pension systems, keeping in mind that these reforms are the shared responsibility of policy-makers and social partners at the national level.
