An alternative approach to the European Parliament's proposed revision of the European Works Councils Directive

To promote the EU employer community’s alternative approach to the European Parliament’s proposed revision of the 2009 recast European Works Councils (EWCs) directive, BusinessEurope is organising a webinar to explain in a concrete way the reasons for business concerns about a possible revision of the EWCs directive, focusing on the negative impact such a revision would have on their competitiveness and the unjustified interference this would create into their EWC practices. The experience of three companies based in different countries will be presented and discussed.
