Sara has a Master’s degree in business economics, with a specialisation in European regulation and economy, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Her previous professional experiences include the Schuman Traineeship at the European Parliamentary Research Services, and a policy internship at Eurochambres, the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry, where she supported the drafting of briefings, position papers and surveys, and worked on various policy topics.

Sara is Italian and German; she speaks Italian (her mother tongue), English and French fluently.
