Ellen O’Connor joined BusinessEurope’s Communications Department as Press Officer in July 2023 after four years working with Ibec - Ireland's largest lobby and business representative group, and a BusinessEurope member federation. During this time, she worked in both the Corporate Affairs and International Business Division of the organisation. Ellen previously held the position of Dr. Garret FitzGerald Scholar with European Movement Ireland, while simultaneously completing a part-time Masters in International Affairs with Kings College London. An active member of the Irish community in Brussels, Ellen is a founding Steering Committee Member of the Irish Young Professionals Network in Belgium.
