Anna Kwiatkiewicz-Mory joined BusinessEurope’s Social Affairs department in October 2018. Anna has an extensive experience in employment, social affairs and projects related to social dialogue, which she gained as academic researcher, expert in EU projects and business consultant.
Prior to this assignment, Anna worked as Head of the Brussels office of the Polish Confederation Lewiatan and acted as Permanent Delegate to BusinessEurope. She used to represent Polish employers at the Governing Board of Eurofound and at the European Social Dialogue Committee. Anna spent the 2013-2014 academic year working as Research Associate at the Sociology of Labour Department at K.U. Leuven in Belgium. Between 2004 and 2012 Anna worked at the Polish branch of the French-based company BPI Group; since 2009 as Director of the Employment and Social Affairs Department. Anna used to combine her consulting job with academic career: between 1999 and 2011 she was a member of academic staff at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and was lecturing at M.A. and postgraduate courses.
Anna graduated in management and marketing and obtained her Ph.D. in economics (Warsaw School of Economics, SGH). She also holds a Master's degree in European human resources management (College of Europe, Bruges). She is Polish and speaks English and French fluently. She has a working knowledge of Russian.
