Structural reform implementation, including actions necessary for completion of the EU’s Single Market, has stalled – and in some cases even gone into reverse – in the past few years.

This has been tracked by BusinessEurope in our annual flagship publication “Reform Barometer”. Without meaningful improvements in this area, EU companies will not be capable of escaping the vicious circle of low investment, low innovation and low growth.
