Corporate and legal affairsCompany law

The Council has just adopted its position on EU Inc., and the European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) is expected to vote on its draft report soon.

EU Inc. has sparked debate, and also misconceptions. What would it change in practice? And which claims are myths?

In our latest Espresso Briefings episode, our Communications Director Sofiya Yevchuk and Legal Affairs Director Pedro Oliveira unpack the proposal and explore what it could mean for European businesses.
