Europe Day 2025

"The contribution which an organised and living Europe can bring to civilisation is indispensable to the maintenance of peaceful relations."

On this day 75 years ago, the Schuman Declaration was unveiled by then-French foreign minister Robert Schuman. Its powerful words ring just as true today as they did then: a united and strong Europe is vital for prosperity, peace, and stability – not just in Europe but across the world.

Let’s use this Europe Day as an opportunity to bolster our collective efforts to make Europe more competitive and resilient in the face of an increasingly challenging global environment.
