Breakfast event: BusinessEurope’s outlook on EU-Africa relations
Hosting the youngest and fastest growing population on the planet, the African continent will undoubtedly be a core driver of the global economy in the 21rst century. However, significant obstacles to unlocking Africa’s full economic potential persist. Addressing these challenges would not only help fulfill the continent’s developmental needs and lift millions out of poverty but also support global economic growth, including for the European Union.
Ahead of the EU-Africa Summit that will take place in November in Angola, BusinessEurope is organising a panel discussion on EU-Africa relations and possible future avenues for further economic integration in the context of the launch of its position paper, “Business Europe Outlook on EU-Africa relations”.
