Advancing industrial decarbonisation: Scaling clean tech, investment, infrastructure, and skills

European businesses stand behind the Paris Agreement and the climate targets. However, companies are facing hurdles in their decarbonisation journeys, while the enabling conditions to create a business case for decarbonisation are largely missing. This side-event will discuss key bottlenecks and pathways for advancing industrial decarbonisation while strengthening competitiveness. Scaling clean technologies, developing green skills, investments, and infrastructure will be key areas of focus, alongside accelerating international cooperation and implementation.
